	Plans to build a new five-star golf resort in Guarda, central Portugal, have been announced.



	The Frank Gehry-designed project will cost an estimated €66 million to construct and comprise 94 apartments, 65 townhouses, medical spa and 18-hole championship golf course.


	The project will be called the Cegonha Negra Golf Resort & Spa and is scheduled to be completed by 2014.
